1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on zz55. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your zz55 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account details current. Providing false information at any stage is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zz55 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Acceptable documents include a government-issued national ID, passport, or birth certificate for age verification, and a screenshot or statement from your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account to verify payment ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on zz55 is ৳500 per transaction unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method. Deposits below the applicable minimum will not be processed and will be returned to the originating account.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours and are typically completed within one to six hours for mobile financial service methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one to three business days for bank transfer methods. zz55 reserves the right to extend processing times for withdrawals pending KYC verification or fraud review.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method and account used to make the original deposit, unless an alternative method has been approved in writing by the zz55 compliance team. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on zz55 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or mobile financial service provider are your responsibility and are not covered by zz55.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by zz55 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any portion of your balance derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated clearly on the promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds must be wagered at minimum odds of 1.80 or higher to count toward the Wagering Requirement on sports betting markets.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

zz55 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedge bets to meet Wagering Requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms, or withdrawing immediately after meeting Wagering Requirements on an ongoing basis without genuine recreational play. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated on the promotion page will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without replacement or compensation.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on zz55 are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market, as published in the zz55 sportsbook help section. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) shall be the final reference. zz55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a pricing or data error has occurred.

7.2 Casino & Live Games

Casino and live dealer game results on zz55 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by physical game mechanics in live dealer studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, any bet already placed and confirmed by the system prior to disconnection will stand and be settled according to the recorded game outcome.

7.3 Bet Confirmation

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on zz55.io — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game assets, and the overall design and compilation of the platform — is the property of zz55 or its third-party content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zz55 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any zz55 content without prior written authorisation from zz55.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by zz55

zz55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, any Real-Money Balance remaining in the account (subject to KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding investigation) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.3 Voluntary Closure
